A house! They have nearly finished framing our house in one week (6 days). We had our first "New Home" meeting with the building manager assigned to our house. They expect our home to be finished and closed on by September 24th. There could be delays, but we actually have a chance to qualify for the tax credit! That is surely an answer to prayer.
